A proud St. Louis area native and mother of two, Molly Hoffmeyer founded First Day Homecare to serve the communities she has called home her entire life, from the tree-lined streets of Kirkwood to the growing families of St. Charles County and beyond.
Molly brings 15 years of financial services experience to this work, including deep expertise in building trusted client relationships, navigating complex regulatory environments, and managing high-stakes operations with precision. As a CPA and strategic relationships professional, she spent her career helping organizations grow with integrity, and she now brings those same standards to one of the most important industries there is: the care of medically complex children and the families who love them.
