First Day Homecare West Palm Beach was honored to be a part of the Rotary Club of Wellington’s visit to the Wellington Regional NICU recently in NICU awareness month!
Bringing dinner for the staff and families was fun, but the real highlight was being able to give beautiful hand made quilts for distribution to the families of kiddos in the NICU. They are made by local seniors at a social club and are spectacular!
One little girl, now a big sister to twins was the first to receive one! Older siblings can be overlooked by the arrival of new babies, especially when they are multiples. This little girl knows how special she is and is being recognized as the big sister in charge!
